6th Management Sense OU ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Ease AI - Personal Meditations mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. You may sign up using email/password or Google Sign-In.

Meditation Data: We collect the mood descriptions and preferences you provide to generate personalized meditation sessions, including session duration and frequency.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Ease AI Pro, we process your subscription status through RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you interact with the App, including screens visited, features used, session counts, and meditation streaks. This data is collected through PostHog, our analytics provider.

Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics and to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized AI meditation scripts based on your mood and preferences
• To convert meditation scripts to audio using text-to-speech technology
• To manage your account, subscription status, and meditation history
• To track and display your meditation statistics (streaks, session count, total minutes)
• To analyze app usage and improve our services
• To deliver relevant advertisements through Meta (Facebook) advertising platform
• To communicate with you about your account or provide customer support

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): For user authentication and account management. Firebase Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: To generate personalized meditation scripts using AI. Your first name and mood selections are sent to OpenAI's API for content generation. This data is used solely to create your meditation and is not stored by OpenAI beyond the processing request. No other personal data is shared with OpenAI. OpenAI Privacy Policy

• Meta (Facebook) SDK: For advertising measurement and optimization. We use Meta's SDK to track app events (such as registrations and purchases) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Meta Privacy Policy

4. Advertising and Tracking

We use Meta's advertising SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to deliver relevant ads. When you first open the App on iOS, you will be asked for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You may decline this request, and the App will continue to function normally.

If you grant tracking permission, we may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to attribute app installs and in-app events to advertising campaigns.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and meditation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication through Firebase, and access controls on our servers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of advertising tracking (via iOS Settings or the in-app ATT prompt)
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
